Tour Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Sauna Adventures! By booking any of our tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Tour Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and legally compliant experience for all participants. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Booking and Payment

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Sauna Adventures. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the specific tour. Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the tour. Sauna Adventures reserves the right to cancel any booking that has not been fully paid in accordance with the payment terms.

Travel Insurance Requirement

Sauna Adventures requires all participants to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings. Proof of travel insurance must be provided at the time of booking. Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate travel insurance coverage. Failure to provide proof of insurance will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.

Changes and Cancellations

Sauna Adventures reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, including but not limited to changes due to weather conditions, political instability, or the failure of third-party suppliers (such as hotels and transportation providers) to fulfill their contractual obligations. In such cases, Sauna Adventures will endeavor to provide comparable alternatives but is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by participants.

Liability Disclaimer

Weather Conditions: Sauna Adventures shall not be held liable for any changes, cancellations, or delays in the tour itinerary caused by adverse weather conditions. Participants acknowledge that weather conditions are beyond the control of Sauna Adventures and accept the risks associated with such conditions.
Political Instability: Sauna Adventures shall not be held liable for any changes, cancellations, or delays in the tour itinerary caused by political instability, including but not limited to civil unrest, strikes, or government actions. Participants acknowledge that political conditions are beyond the control of Sauna Adventures and accept the risks associated with such conditions.
Third-Party Suppliers: Sauna Adventures shall not be held liable for any failure on the part of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, transportation providers, and activity operators, to fulfill their contractual obligations. While Sauna Adventures endeavors to work with reputable suppliers, the company cannot guarantee their performance and is not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by their actions or omissions.
Medical Issues: Sauna Adventures shall not be held liable for any medical problems or health issues that arise during or after the tour. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and capable of participating in the tour activities. It is strongly recommended that participants consult with their healthcare provider prior to the tour and carry any necessary medications.
Natural Events: Sauna Adventures shall not be held liable for any changes, cancellations, or delays in the tour itinerary caused by natural events such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, or other acts of nature. Participants acknowledge that natural events are beyond the control of Sauna Adventures and accept the risks associated with such events.
Personal Conduct: Sauna Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous to themselves or others. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal or physical abuse, intoxication, or failure to follow safety instructions. Participants removed from a tour for such reasons will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.
Complaints and Disputes: Sauna Adventures strives to provide a high-quality experience for all participants. However, we recognize that sometimes things may not go as planned. Participants are encouraged to bring any issues to the attention of our staff as soon as they arise so that we can address them promptly. Complaints must be made in writing and submitted within 14 days of the conclusion of the tour. Sauna Adventures will review and respond to all complaints in a timely manner. Participants acknowledge that the company's decision on any disputes is final.
Financial Losses: Sauna Adventures shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred by participants as a result of changes, cancellations, or delays in the tour itinerary. This includes, but is not limited to, non-refundable airline tickets, hotel reservations, and other travel arrangements. Participants are required to purchase travel insurance to protect against such losses.
Property Damage: Participants shall be held liable for any damage they cause to property during the tour, including but not limited to hotel rooms, transportation vehicles, and equipment. Participants agree to indemnify Sauna Adventures for any costs incurred as a result of such damage.
Force Majeure: Sauna Adventures shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the company, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or other events of force majeure.

Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the tour. Sauna Adventures recommends that participants consult with their healthcare provider before embarking on any tour. Participants must inform Sauna Adventures of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking.

Governing Law

These Tour Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Hampshire, USA. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Hampshire.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sauna Adventures, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in the tour, including but not limited to any claims related to personal injury, property damage, or breach of these terms.
